Dead Zone settings have been updated in 2.1 to be more precise and allow better control over cursor sensitivity. As a result, you might experience some stick drift on controllers. In that case, please change your Inner Dead Zone (Settings → Controls) to the new default value (PlayStation 5 - 0.15, Xbox Series X/S - 0.35, PC/Steam Deck - 0.35).

To my big surprise, I noticed this evening that the user settings of my game have been saved from my last session and the Phantom Liberty is now correctly detected after 3 attempts. I have the Priority subscription (so it should not have saved the settings normally). Only thing I changed before witnessing this was put HDD save to Off.
To restore vertical sync and keep frame generation working properly, open Nvidia Control Panel, navigate to "Manage 3D settings", and enable "Vertical sync" for your specific game.
